Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and securely seal the box with the return label on the outside.
Drop Off and Refund
Take your package to any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
